We have the AW3 Diode laser which uses the latest crystal freeze technology, the laser hair removal treatment is a fast, pain free method of removing unwanted and ingrown hairs long term.
We also offer our clients unrivalled, medical-grade laser hair removal treatment using the world’s leading laser hair removal device: The Cutera Excel HR it combines the gold standard laser wavelengths for hair removal. The 755 nm Alexandrite laser is highly absorbed by melanin making it an ideal solution for finer hair on skin types I-III and the 1064 nm Nd:YAG is the safest wavelength for permanent hair reduction on darker skin types and tanned skin. Excel HR is the laser hair removal technology provided by Cutera, marketed as the 21st Century Laser Hair Removal System.
You will be required to come for a consultation & test past prior to any treatment being started. During the consultation your laser practitioner will examine your skin & hair type for suitability & explain the treatment procedure in full to ensure you are happy to proceed. When the test patch is carried out a treatment plan can be discussed to suit you & ensure you receive the very best results. Aftercare advice is also thoroughly explained during your consultation.

This market-leading medical grade and FDA approved laser hair removal device allows our team of highly qualified clinicians to deliver safe but highly effective treatments. This laser combines two lasers the Alexandrite and the Nd:YAG. Together with a unique sapphire contact cooling feature, which helps to maximise client comfort and safety, ensuring we offer the most advanced laser hair removal treatment.

We offer a fully personal service, which begins with a consultation and patch test. Our experienced therapists will put your mind at ease and answer all your questions, so we can create a bespoke treatment plan for you. We will then work with you to deliver the best results. All our therapists are level 5 Laser trained to make sure we deliver safe and effective treatments.
The treatment is only effective on the growing hairs, this is because they are currently attached to the follicle. The majority of the hair will be in the resting stage (not attached to the follicle yet still in the skin), this is why a number of treatments are needed over a 4 - 8 week basis. This is to ensure we capture all hairs within the growth stage in the desired area to deliver results you will be completely satisfied with.
We recommend around 8-10 sessions to permanently reduce the hair, however please note this may differ due to hormones. A top up session may also be needed.

This Laser Treatment is recommended in course of 8- 15 sessions, baring in mind everyone is different with response so please be advised top ups could be required. Patch Test is also Required.
FAQ
How many sessions will I need?
We recommend that most people will need an average of 8- 10 sessions every 4-6 weeks (area depending) to kill the hair follicles beneath the skin and prevent future growth. Some people will require more sessions if any future hormonal changes result in new growth. Yearly top ups may also be required to keep any stray hairs at bay.
The laser can only treat hairs that are in the growing phase or visible on the skin surface, as a result multiple treatments are required to treat all hair in the skin. With the high power and skin cooling of our laser’s most people only require 8 sessions compared with other IPL or lasers that require 18 or in some cases more. As a result not only are our individual treatments prices lower but you will save more overall due to the superior results of our machines.
Does the laser work on darker skin types?
Yes our lasers will work safely on all skin Types. We will always personalise settings in your treatment plan for the best possible results.
How does the treatment work?
Laser hair removal is a procedure that uses a concentrated beam of light to remove unwanted hair. During the treatment, the laser emits a light that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair so the darker the hair the more effective the results. The light energy is then converted to heat, which in turn destroys the hair follicle & this damage then permanently reduces any future hair growth.
The procedure itself is carried out safely using protective eyewear & the laser head is simply places on to the skin with a layer of gel on the treatment area. The applicator is pressed with a slight pressure to ensure the pulse of light is released directly on to the skin & then moved across the area until treated.
An aftercare advice is given following your first session & is reiterated after every treatment to ensure you understand & support the best results from your Laser Hair Removal.
What are the contra-indications to laser?
Laser hair removal is a very safe treatment to have done. However, there are a few contra-indications such us:
Pregnancy
Breast feeding
Cancer
Keloids
Tattoos
If you’re taking photo-sensitising medications
Tanned
If you been on a sun bed or has fake tan on
Poor blood circulation (heavy leg syndrome)
If you are taking Hoacutan
History of Haemorrhaging or excessive bleeding
